Access your account through any touchtone phone. MemberLink is a computer application that allows users to communicate with a voice-generated computer using a telephone. In order to access information, you will need to get a Member Access Code (MAC) from any one of our branches. MemberLink has its own built-in safeguards to prevent errors and improper use. The system is secure, no one can gain information about your account without your MAC. MemberLink is available to you at no cost.
