As a member of the executive management team in a multi-branch environment, reporting to the CEO, you will manage the operations of the credit union including a deposit portfolio in excess of $137 million and lending portfolio of $99 million.
|

|
You will be directly involved with: translating strategic plans into tactical goals with regards to operations, fostering a positive sales and service environment and maintaining an efficient delivery channel to ensure the goals of our credit union, and its members, are met.
|
| |
|
You will ensure all branch activities are in compliance with all sound business practice, legislation, regulations, by-laws, policies and procedures.
|
| |
|
You will have direct supervisory and performance management responsibility of our two Regional Managers of Operations, as well as two loan support staff.
|

|
Education & Experience:
|
| |
|
The successful candidate will bring the following education and experience to the position:
|
-
minimum Grade 12 plus
-
four years of formal education
-
a minimum of four (4) years management and lending experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
-
a commitment to continuous learning and development is essential

Plainsview Credit Union provides leading edge products and service to our membership base of 9000. Assets are approximately $150 million with a diversified loan portfolio in excess of $99 million. Equity and reserves are approximately 7%.

Kipling, SK , we are open to an alternative base within one of our branch locations.

Compensation:
|

The salary range will commensurate with qualifications and experience. A comprehensive credit union employee package is provided including group life, long-term disability, dental, extended health, vision care and a 6% matched pension.
